Welcome ! I’m Diana Ross
Urban Psychotherapist | Space-holder | Soul-listener
If the city’s noise has left you feeling a little lost, tangled, or simply exhausted—you’re not alone.
As an urban psychotherapist, I offer a space that’s deeply human: where you can be fully yourself. Where your “weird” thoughts aren’t weird, your quiet feelings are honoured, and your truth is always safe.
I’m warm, curious, gently challenging, and a little quirky (expect metaphors, humour, and genuine connection). Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you. It’s about meeting you—fully, honestly—and walking beside you as you come home to yourself.
You're not alone on this path. I'll walk beside you.

I started seeing Diana during one of the most difficult phases of my life, struggling with long-term anxiety and depression. Unlike previous therapy, our six months of consistent sessions helped me address the root causes of my struggles and equipped me with effective tools. With her guidance, I moved from being unemployed and overwhelmed to finding stability, clarity, and discipline. I am incredibly grateful for her honesty and for helping me move through life with a greater sense of structure and emotional awareness.

I met Dr. Diana Ross during one of the most difficult phases of my life, and choosing to meet her was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I initially had many doubts about therapy, but her warm, non-judgmental, and deeply insightful approach helped me cope with my situation and explore myself on a deeper level. I was able to understand my fears and set boundaries, which has made me feel much more aware and confident. I am truly grateful I took that first step with her, and I sincerely believe she is one of the best in her field.

Hi, I have been in therapy for one year and it really changed my life. I was in therapy mainly to understand myself and to process my pain or trauma that I had and didn't know what to do with it because I felt I was in a loop doing the same things again and again and I was failing badly. I joined therapy to change myself and to change my life. Diana was like a friend giving guidance whenever needed to make life better. Whatever was happening in my life my thought was how can I do better in handling situations or deal with problems to find solutions. Therapy changed my way of thinking about life. My gratitude to Diana and God for giving me the opportunity and having the right people at the right time. I recommend it to everyone who is seeking it due to various reasons. Be practical, try it for sometime and if you see any change then proceed.

I've truly benefited from Diana's unique approach, deep knowledge, and thoughtful execution. Her empathetic and emotionally intelligent style makes each session meaningful and impactful, and I’ve been fortunate to find a mentor in her. I believe therapy is much like a mental gym: it equips you to navigate the complexities of adult life and fosters personal growth to become a better version of yourself.
Gaurav
Working with Diana has been a quietly transformative experience. She’s helped me slow down, untangle what I’ve been carrying, and begin healing in a way that feels real and steady. I’ve learned to set boundaries, treat myself with more compassion, and navigate my anxiety with greater clarity. I’m still a work in progress, but finally feel like I’m moving in the right direction.

FAQ'S
How many sessions does it take to see results?
The length of therapy is unique to each individual and their goals. Some clients find that short-term, solution-focused interventions are sufficient for specific challenges, lasting just a few weeks or months. Others prefer a longer-term approach to explore deeper patterns and foster ongoing personal growth. While some clients experience relief even in the first session, research suggests that about half of clients notice meaningful change after 8 sessions. We'll discuss your goals and preferences during our initial sessions to determine what feels right for you
What’s the difference between therapy and coaching?
Therapy is a space to explore your past, understand your present, and shape your future. Together, we'll gently and safely explore old patterns and experiences to help you heal from what's holding you back. It's about developing the skills to manage emotions and address challenges like anxiety or trauma, so you can gain lasting insight and move forward with clarity and peace.
Coaching is a powerful partnership designed to get you from where you are to where you want to be. Together, we'll focus on your goals, whether that's finding clarity in your career, creating a clear plan, or improving your performance. We'll build a path forward that feels exciting and right for you..
What can I expect in a first session?
Your first session is a safe, confidential space for us to get to know each other. We'll talk about what brings you here, your background, and what you hope to achieve. It's also a chance for you to ask questions and get a feel for my approach, so you can see if we're a good fit to work together.
Think of it like trying on a new pair of shoes – you need to see how it feels! It often takes 2-3 sessions to truly know if it's the right fit. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard and hopeful about our journey together.
How often do we meet?
Think of our early sessions as building a strong foundation. Consistency helps you unlearn old ways of thinking and actively practice new ones, which is where our work together really makes a difference. That's why weekly sessions are often most beneficial, especially in the first few weeks, as clients tend to gain maximum benefit from this regularity. As you grow, we can explore moving to fortnightly or monthly sessions. For immediate crisis support, we can increase frequency to 2-3 times a week."
How much do sessions cost, and do you offer a sliding scale or accept insurance?
We'll discuss my session fees during our initial consultation. To make support more accessible, I offer a limited number of reduced-rate slots based on financial need. I'm an out-of-network provider, so I can give you a receipt for possible insurance reimbursement.
Is everything I say confidential? Will you judge me?
Yes — what you share is completely confidential, and no, I won’t judge you.
Confidentiality is a core part of therapy and is protected by both ethical guidelines and the law. This creates a safe space where you can speak openly and honestly. My role isn’t to judge, but to support you with care, curiosity, and respect.
The only exceptions to confidentiality involve situations like risk of harm to yourself or others, which we’ll talk about clearly in our first session.
